Angel Flight Soars, Inc.

The medical care you need isn't always around the corner.  We help by coordinating free flights to distant medical treatments! 

The mission of Angel Flight Soars is to help families get to the hope of life-changing medical treatments, surgeries and clinical programs as often and as long as necessary. We know that illness isn't stopped by boundaries and believe that cures shouldn't be either - whether those boundaries are geographic or financial.   

Angel Flight Soars serves those who reside in, are traveling to, or through Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.  When needs extend beyond this region, we coordinate with our sister organizations through the Air Care Alliance, to get families the help and hope they need and deserve. In 2022, Angel Flight Soars coordinated a record-breaking 3,774 missions for patients from birth to age 96. That's over 10 flights a day, 7 days a week! 

With an urgent need for fast, reliable testing for the coronavirus (COVID-19), Angel Flight Soars’ volunteer pilots provided critical assistance to ensure test specimens arrived promptly at laboratories.
