$10,000 Goal

Giving Kitchen (GK) provides emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources.

Giving Kitchen is raising funds through the Give Atlanta Challenge for the fifth year in a row! Give Atlanta is a fundraising competition hosted by Atlanta Magazine where local charities (like Giving Kitchen!) compete to raise funds, with the top teams winning prizes based on participation.

Give Atlanta is an opportunity for donors like you to have a lasting impact on the food service community. By donating to GK during Give Atlanta, you are supporting Giving Kitchen's work while also helping us spread the word and reach even more food service workers who need us.

Because of donors like you, Giving Kitchen has served over 8,000 food service workers in crisis since our inception in 2013.
This year alone, at least 650 children have been directly impacted by GK financial assistance.

When food service workers are faced with an unexpected crisis, they can turn to Giving Kitchen. And they can turn to Giving Kitchen because of YOUR support. Thank you for being part of a food service community that meets crisis with compassion and care.

  • Challenge dates:  October 19 - November 9.
  • Bonus Challenges occur weekly, offering GK the chance to win additional advertising support to help us spread the message to our food service community.
  • Because of YOU, last year raised $15,380 - which equals 30 months of rent for food service workers in crisis!
  • This year, we believe we can raise $25,000 — nearly doubling our impact and serving even more food service workers and their families. Will you help us get there?
